Qualifications

Education

Graduated from Estherville High School in Estherville, Iowa in 1987. After graduation I went to Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville for one year and then graduated from Spencer School of Business in Spencer, Iowa in 1989. After working for several years I went back to school to become a massage therapist. I attended South Dakota School of Massage Therapy in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I graduated with my massage therapy degree in December of 1995.

Relevant Experience

I have worked the last 13 years in a Chiropractic Office. I was a Chiropractic Assistant in a busy clinic in Burnsville, MN, before moving to Armstrong where I have been working at Oleson Chiropractic since 1996. Before going to massage school I helped out at our clinic doing several different things such as, scheduling, accounts receivable, ultrasound therapy, and general office duties. After finishing massage school and having our first child I did massage on a part-time basis. We now have two wonderful children who are now both in school. I am currently doing massage at Oleson Chiropractic.

Interests and Activities

I enjoy a variety of activities. I am very family oriented and thoroughly enjoy every day with our children. I love to exercise and do a lot of walking, jogging, biking, aerobics, and weight training. A few of my other hobbies that I enjoy are gardening, scrapbooking and sewing.
